Letter to Employers

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and learn more about our Work Ethic workshop.
     As stated in my brief Bio, I have owned and operated numerous businesses over the years. Throughout those years we employed countless kids, often ones acquiring their first job.
    Over the years, I have witnessed the decline in work ethics in our youth. These are the work ethics (or lack of) and attitudes these kids are taking into their future.
     Through my desire to empower kids, I have created “Running with the Bulls”. This workshop covers the importance and benefits of great work ethic. I strongly believe that when kids are given a Why, they are more easily motivated. This is a “No None sense, tell it like it is” workshop.
     It is my goal to help them see that it is to their advantage to be great, rather than embrace the current attitude of doing as little as possible. My goal is to instil the understanding that the attitudes and proper ethics they establish now is ultimately empowering them in the future.

 Ultimately It is not about What they are doing, but Who they are being.
Learning to do the job is the training, HOW they do it is the ethic.
